The Windows version of FIFA 18 continues the story-based mode that first appeared in FIFA 17. It is also the second FIFA game to use the Frostbite 3 game engine which allows it to be compatible with Microsoft Windows, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
